Jim Clifford's 40-year career as a reporter took him from typewriter to computer. Not all changes were good. He's put what he saw in "Philip's Code: No News is Good News - to a Killer," a crime novel set in the news world. The book deals with murder - both of people and the principle of objectivity. Clifford believes journalism started to slip decades ago when UPI was near death and AP inherited a news monopoly. The book is available at Amazon.com
